Anyone who visits the village of Slap by the Vipava wine road will not regret having taken a couple of hours to visit this and neighbouring ones. They are indeed something special. The old stone houses, standing closely together, snow-white cherry trees blossoming all around, farmers working in the vineyards... a true rustic idyll.
